• Personalised Bible verses based on themes and moods
• Daily devotional reflections (Premium)
• Audio devotionals with text-to-speech (Premium)
• Personal journaling features (Premium)
• The ability to save favourite verses

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or remain inactive for extended periods.

4. Premium Subscriptions

4.1 Pricing and Billing

• Premium subscriptions are billed annually at $36.00 USD ($0.10/day)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

4.2 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to Premium features until your subscription expires

4.3 Refunds

Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from your first subscription purchase. After this period, refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@bibleboost.app for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and original content (excluding Bible text), is owned by Daily Grace and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Bible Text

We use the World English Bible (WEB) translation, which is in the public domain. You are free to share Bible verses from our Service.

5.3 Generated Content

Devotional reflections and prayers are generated using technology. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, generated content should not replace personal Bible study or professional spiritual guidance.

5.4 Your Content

You retain ownership of journal entries and other content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and display your content solely for providing the Service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share account credentials with others
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service

• That generated content will be free from errors

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
